Born on 06-04-1992 into the family of Smt. Anjli Gupta and Sh. J.L. Gupta (Retired District and Sessions Judge). Did his schooling up to 10+2 from Dayanand Public School Shimla. Thereafter BA LLB (Hon’s) from University Institute of Legal Studies Avalodge, Chaura Maidan, Shimla. While pursuing his LLB he also did a diploma in Cyberlaw from Govt. Law College Mumbai (in collaboration with the Asian school of Cyberlaw). After completing BALLB Hons. he did LLM from Kurukshetra University. Got enrolled with Bar council in the year 2015. Entered into judicial services on 4 August 2018. Undergone induction training program for about five months at Judicial Academy Shimla. Thereafter, got first posting as Civil Judge Kullu and had the privilege to start the new court of the Civil Judge at Kullu since 15-01-2019. Remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Arki, District Solan H.P. w.e.f. 13.08.2021 to 31.03.2023. Thereafter, on transfer assumed the charge as Civil Judge-cum-MTM, Shimla and Kinnaur on 06.04.2023 (F.N)
