Shri Jitender Kumar

Born in the family of Sh. Naranjan Singh Saini and Smt. Surender Kaur on 18-04-1985 at Village Kundion, PO JamniWala, Tehsil Paonta Sahib Distt. Sirmour H.P. Passed Matriculation and Higher Secondary examinations from Govt. High School JamniWala and G.S.S.S. (B) Paonta Sahib. Did Graduation degree from Shri Guru Gobind Singh Degree College, Paonta Sahib. Did LL.B. degree (sixth rank holder in the University) from Law College Dehradun, Uttrakhand affiliated to H.N.B. Garhwal University U.K. and LL.M. degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Counsel of Himachal Pradesh in the month of July 2009. Experienced as an Advocate at Sub-Division Paonta Sahib from 2009 to December 2013. Joined H.P Judicial Academy, Shimla on 21.12.2013, after qualifying the H.P Judicial Service Examination 2013, for the induction training programme. On 25-04- 2014 assumed charge as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No (II) Sarkaghat District Mandi H.P, assumed charge as Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Mandi & Kullu and as Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board Mandi as on 02-01-2017. Joined as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Nalagarh, District Solan w.e.f 12.03.2018. Thereafter, on transfer remained as such at Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur HP w.e.f. 30.07.2021 to 30-03-2023. Presently, upon promotion as Sen. Civil Judge and transfer, assumed the charge of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kinnaur at Reckong Peo, under Kinnaur Civil and Sessions Division, on 31.03.2023 (forenoon).
