Born in the family of Sh. Thakur Sain Kaisth (Retd. District & Sessions Judge) and Smt. Shila Kaisth (Retd Principal), on 06-04-1984, in District Shimla. Did schooling from Auckland House School, Shimla and graduation(B.Sc.(Med)) from G.C.G. Sec-11, Chandigarh. Pursued law from Punjab University, Chandigarh in the year 2007. Topped Himachal Judicial Service examination held in the year 2008. Joined as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)-cum-Judicial Magistrate in Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P.. Completed LL.M during service through correspondence from Kurukshetra University. Served on the same post at Kangra, Nahan and Kasauli. Got promoted as Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-cum-ACJM and joined as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kangra at Dharamshala on 14-1-2016. Served as Senior Civil Judge-cum- Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur w.e.f 28.12.2018 and served as Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Dehra. On placement served as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kangra at Dharamshala w.e.f 03.04.2023 to 16.04.2023. Served as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nahan w.e.f. 20.04.2024 13.01.2025 (forenoon). Presently, upon promotion and transfer, assumed the charge of post of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court (Rape/POCSO), Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr under Kinnaur Civil and Sessions Division on 17.01.2025.
