Shri Harmesh Kumar

Born on 24th November, 1975. Did initial schooling from Daulatpur Chowk. Passed Matriculation Examination from Government High School Pirthipur, Tehsil Amb. Thereafter, passed Graduation from D.A.V College Daulatpur Chowk, LL.B from Punjab University, Chandigarh in the year 1999. Thereafter for six years practised as an advocate in civil and revenue matters up to October, 2005. Joined Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services in October, 2005. Remained posted as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) -cum- JMIC Court No. 6, Court No. 5 Shimla, Nurpur and Arki. On promotion joined as Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) -cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. (1), Rohru in the month of April, 2014. On transfer joined as such at Theog on 22.07.2015. Thereafter joined as Senior Civil Judge -cum- ACJM Court No. 1 Sarkaghat on 12-03-2018.Thereafter, on transfer joined as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur on 16.08.2021. Thereafter, on transfer joined as Senior Civil Judge-cum- CJM at Lahaul and Spiti at Kullu, Kullu and Chamba. Presently, upon promotion and transfer, assumed the charge of post of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court (Rape/POCSO), Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr under Kinnaur Civil and Sessions Division on 21.12.2024.
