Regarding eCourts Services mobile application for Android and iOS.

All users are hereby instructed to mandatory take a backup of all cases saved in “My Cases” by utilizing the “Export” feature available in the current version of the eCourts Services mobile application.
The exported case data should be saved in both Google Drive and local storage to ensure that a secure backup is available before the application is upgraded.
The new update of the eCourts Services mobile application for Android and iOS is ready for release on the Google Play Store and App Store, and the reported compatibility issue has been resolved in the said update. The new update is scheduled for release on 18.08.2026.
In this regard, all users may kindly be instructed to complete the backup of their saved case data within the stipulated timeline, before the release of the new version, to avoid any possibility of loss of data during the upgradation process.
It may be noted that failure to take a backup may result in permanent loss of saved case data, particularly in the event of any technical issues during the upgradation process..
